Return & Refund Policy

The Nunca Dejes Promise:

We stand behind our products and we want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers!
 
Orders:
Once an order is placed it CAN NOT be modified, changed, or canceled after checkout. We work hard to get orders out and shipped within our processing times. 


Returns: 
To make a return, item(s) must be returned back to Nunca Dejes within 10 business days of delivery. Should you return an item after this time frame, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you. Tracking information for the return must be sent to nuncadejessales@gmail.com within those 7 days. Items must be returned WITH TAGS ATTACHED and unwashed, undamaged, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, smoke free, deodorant free, and stain free. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, you will not receive your refund. 


*The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on the returning package. 


Exchanges: 
Due to limited inventory we cannot provide exchanges. If you are needing a different size, color or any other variation we suggest promptly placing a new order for the item before it sells out due to order volume. Also, return the other item(s). 

Damaged or Defective: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the case may be during shipment the item was damaged or is defective, please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the damaged item. Please email us at nuncadejessales@gmail.com along with clear photos of the damaged or defective item, packaging, receipt, and we will rectify this right away.
